The Story of How Gianna Home Came to Be

In early 2021, the Vice President of Lambton Right to Life, Lorraine Minten, saw a house for sale across the road from the hospital as she participated in 40 Days for Life. She contacted the President of Lambton Right to Life, John Lammers, and asked if they should purchase the house. The plan was to open a house that could provide pregnant women and women with a baby a safe place to get on their feet, plus so much more.

Lambton Right to Life took ownership of the house on June 30th, 2021.

We named The House after St. Gianna Beretta Molla, as we admire her story and aspire to continue sharing her message: life is precious.

Fast forward to today, we are staffed 24/7 with a group of truly selfless people. We teach life skills, provide a safe space, help women achieve their goals and, above all, provide love and care.

We would not be able to do what we do without the community’s support. We truly appreciate all people have done, and continue to do, to support us.
